Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. During high-demand periods, processing time may take up to 72 hours. You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been shipped. Upon request, we can provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times (Worldwide)
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 8 to 14 business days after shipment. $7 shipping fee, but free for orders over $50.
Express Shipping: Not available at this time.

Delivery Areas: We currently ship to all countries worldwide.
Possible Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier delays.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Return Procedure:
Contact our customer service at stuffedplushtoys.team@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories.
Ship the package to the following return address: 127 av du General Leclerc, 75014 Paris.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
